IO had also seized the driving licence of the accused vide memo Ex. PW­1/E bearing his signatures at point A. He further deposed that the documents related to the offending vehicle were also seized vide memo Ex.PW­1/F bearing his signatures at point A. IO had prepared site plan at his instance on which he had put his signatures which is Ex. PW­1/G bearing his signatures at point A. This witness was also cross­examined by Ld. Counsel for accused.
