The said two decisions have been discussed in a recent
CRLA No.525 of 2007 Page 9 of 17
judgment dated 23rd August 2022 passed by this Court in CRLA
No.19 of 2004 (Raj Kishor Behera v. State of Orissa). It is
accordingly submitted that the impugned judgment of the trial
Court should not be interfered with.
