14.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that
the word Latin Maxim falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus also cannot be
accepted in all circumstances and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor
relied on the reported Ruling of Honourable Supreme Court reported in
2019 (5) SCC 67, in the case of Mahendran vs State of Tamil Nadu it has
been held as under:
