28. Ld. Counsel for the defendants No.1 & 2 submitted that the
documents which were exhibited by the parties did not bear any
endorsement of exhibits, therefore, they could not be relied upon. Ld.
Counsel relied upon the ruling 'Rajdhani Films Pvt. Ltd. vs. Rajesh Arora
1995 (Supra). This ruling is regarding the filing of the documents as per
the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules. The crux of the ruling is
that the Original Side Rules of Delhi High Court will prevail over the
provisions of CPC.
