2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant has placed
reliance upon a representation dated 27.01.2016 (Annexure No.
A-11) and requested that interest of justice would be served if a
direction may be issued to the competent authority amongst
from the respondents to decide the same in a stipulated time
frame since the similar issue has been decided by this Tribunal
in OA No. 296/2011 in the matter of Smt. Jadia v. Union of
India & Ors. on 02.09.2015. The said order/judgment is also
enclosed with the representation dated 27.01.2016.
