Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that the applicants have challenged the cognizance-cum-summoning order before this Court by means of Application u/s 482 No. 29954 of 2018 (Arun Kumar and 3 others v. State of UP And Anr.) and this Court, vide order dated 06.09.2018, quashed the cognizance-cum-summoning order and remitted the matter to the concerned trial court to treat the case as a "complaint" taking cognizance under Section 190(1)(a) CrPC.
