4. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the judgment of this Court
in the case of Sunita Devi vs. State of Jharkhand and Others passed in
W.P.(C) No.3785 of 2016 dated 02nd of April, 2024 and submits that therein also
this Court has observed that the Revisional Authority under the Bihar Tenant's
Holdings (Maintenance of Records) Act, 1973 is the Deputy Commissioner.
