Admittedly, the petitioner earlier filed CWP No.12353 of 2019
titled as Jaskirat Singh vs State of Punjab and others, which was
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue alternate remedies in law.
However, in stead of availing the alternative remedy, the present petition
has been filed.
