36. OP-6 has further stated that the Commission has time and again stressed that
dominance of an enterprise in the relevant market is something which needs to be
established rather than merely relying on hearsay statements/ media reports/ social
media content. The Commission has in Case No 22 of 2024 (InstaAstro Technology
Private Limited v Astrotalk Services Private Limited) held that the dominance of any
entity cannot be solely established on the basis of media statements.
