In Aseem's case (supra) relied upon by the learned counsel for the
respondent the son was seeking telephone connection in a different premises
while the father was a defaulter relating to a telephone connection in different
premises. Therefore this judgment is not applicable. Moreover this judgment
has no significance when the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court is to
the contrary.
