49. Admittedly, petitioner was admitted in hospital twice. Once
from 31.01.2010 to 04.02.2010 and then from 11.08.2010 to
13.08.2010. However, second admission in hospital was not for
treatment of injuries caused as a result of accident in question.
Therefore, petitioner is given loss of wages only for six months i.e.
