constructions in case SLP (C) no. 28469 of 2011, titled as 'Tek Ram
Dahiya & others vs State of Haryana & others', the Hon'ble
Supreme Court while dismissing the landowners petition held that "...
the High Court did not commit any error by observing that the persons
who had raised unauthorised construction are not entitled to the
benefit of the policy framed by the State Government."
