Hence, the impugned judgement and order of conviction and sentence dated 30.07.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Court No. 1, Mirzapur in Sessions Trial No. 372 of 2002 (State vs Doctor alias Vinod Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 135 of 2002, under sections 376(2)(g), 366, 368, 394, 342 IPC, police station Vindhyachal, district Mirzapur, is hereby set-aside.
