Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no
restriction for appointment of two members of the same family in
the Rajasthan Municipalities Safai Karamchari Service Rules, 2012
and the circular, which has been issued by the State Government
has already been set aside by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ
Petition No. 11019/2012 (Jagdeep Prasad Vs. State of
Rajasthan) vide order dt. 25th January, 2017 and in S.B. Civil
Writ Petition No. 14722/2017 (Vimal Vs. The State of
Rajasthan) vide order dt. 17th January, 2018.
