60. The contention of the Petitioner that being employed on re-
employment on contract basis, he is not amenable to the jurisdiction of
the Tribunal, only merits rejection. This issue is no longer res integra and
it would be apposite in this regard to quote a few passages from the
WP(C) 5245/2020 Page 47 of 56
judgment of a Full Bench of this Court in Suman Lata v. Govt. of NCT
Delhi & Ors., 2015 SCC Online 7927. In the said case, Suman Lata had
applied against an advertisement inviting applications to appoint
honorary Anganwadi Helpers.
