In Ms. Sadhna Sharma & Others (supra), the application for amendment had been moved after the raise in pecuniary jurisdiction of the High Court post the amendment of the Delhi High Court Act vide notification dated 16.07.2003. However, in the facts of the present case, the amendment application was filed much earlier to the amendment of the Delhi High Court Act. Consequently, I am of the view that the said decision cannot be pressed into service in the facts of the present case.
