reiterated the contentions put forth by the learned Senior Counsel
and also placed reliance on the dictum laid down in E.K.Sasi v.
Thalayazham Service Co-operative Bank Limited. [(2014) SCC
OnLine Ker 4452] and contended that it is well settled law that even
in cases where a Tribunal has acted beyond its powers, if justice has
been done by it, the Writ Court will decline to interfere with the order.
