14. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-wife further relied

on a decision of the Bombay High Court reported in 1997 Cri.L.J. 1953 =
MANU/MH/0131/1996 (K.S.Jhunjhunwala and another Vs. Tayebhai
Mohammedbhai Bagasapwalla and others), in support of his contention that if
the order passed is without jurisdiction or void-ab-initio, then it is not binding
on the parties and for committing breach thereof, there can be no punishment
for contempt. Thus, for the above reasons, the learned counsel appearing for
the respondent-wife prayed for dismissal of the Contempt Petition.
