W.A. No.363/2023 & Ors. The Commission after threadbare discussion unanimously came to a conclusion that the Commission took the decision in its minutes dated 30.4.2019 allowing 98 candidates to appear in the CCE (M), 2018 by taking the same as one off special case considering that there was no fault on the part of those 98 candidates who were declared to have qualified under the pre-revised answer keys.
