By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No.17, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 1927 of 2020 (Anisha Vs State) arising out of Case Crime No.0123 of 2020, under section 313, 323, 504 and 376-D I.P.C., Police Station- Maharajganj, District- Jaunpur, pending in the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate-1, Court No.17, Jaunpur, expeditiously within a short stipulated period.
