order of this Court in the case of Kamini Singh Vs. State of
Bihar and Another reported in 2019 SCC Online Pat 2040. In
that case, the petitioners moved for quashing of the order on the
ground that the Investigating Agency and the Court have shown
extreme haste in procuring/granting such process within a
short span of one week.
