Considering the innocuous prayer of learned counsel for petitioners and without entering into merit of the case, petitioners are granting liberty to file a fresh representation before the competent authority, who shall decide the same by means of reasoned and speaking order in the light of judgment and order dated 20.11.2010 passed in Writ Petition No. 876 (S/B) of 2004 (Vipra Pension Association U.P. vs. State of U.P. and others) in case the same is applicable. Decision with regard to same shall be taken within a period of six week from the date of a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
