20. Although learned counsel had also sought to draw sustenance
from a decision handed down by a learned Judge of the Court in Ved
Bhushan Sharma v University of Delhi5 to buttress her contention
that the three posts were ex-cadre, having gone through that decision,
we find that the Court therein does not refer to or base its observation
