In another Letters Patent Appeal, LPA no.169/2013 titled
Tanveer Mir v. State of J&K, by order dated 10.10.2013, the Division
Bench (of which I was a member) ordered that the directions passed
in LPA no.142/2013 would, ipso facto apply to the said case also.
