W.P.(C) No.2563/2008 as well as Ext.P12 judgment in W.P.(C)
No.8039/2008 and the decision in Anilkumar R. v. State of Kerala (2009
(2) KLJ 402). It is therefore contended that the appointment made by the
Manger is liable to be approved.
