In the case of Manoj Kumar (supra) though there was CDR analysis, besides the statement under
section 67 NDPS Act, the High Court, in para No.7 of the judgment, has held that the record does not
demonstrate money trail between the petitioner of that case and other co-accused. But, this court is
unable to record concurrence to such a finding as there is no such requirement prescribed in law.
