29. Further, in the case of Sahebrao Arjun Hon Vs. Raosaheb s/o Kashinath Hon & others : Criminal Appeal No. 1499 of 2022 (decided on 06.09.2022), in para 12 the Apex Court has held that for sentencing the judicial discretion is always guided by various considerations and it has been ruled that undue sympathy in reducing the sentence to the minimum may adversely affect the faith of people in efficacy of law.
