In this regard, the learned Arbitrator cited the
decision of this court in the case of K.Nirmala V. Sellamuthu [2014-4-
LW-72] and pointed out that having executed voluntarily fully well the
agreement of sale, contending that it was not an agreement for sale and it
was something else, cannot be accepted.
