2. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned
counsel for the respective parties, the present writ petition is allowed in
terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 02.11.2018 passed in the case of
Sujeet Kumar and others (supra) and the respondents are directed to grant
similar benefits to the petitioner herein.
