ROAD, TIRUPPUR, this Court has held that under the Registration Act 1908, the Registrar shall not enquire into the title of the property, while registering a document. Furthermore, once a Registrar completes the process of Registration, he becomes functus officio. In view of that, he cannot retain the same.
