"b. It is submitted that the Department of Science, Technology and
Environment has already initiated action to make compliance of the
order / judgment dated 6.4.2023 of the Hon'ble National Green
Tribunal. As per the directions of Hon'ble NGT, a survey of Mixed
Land Use Areas within Urban Local Bodies has been got done from
the Department of Local Government (Annexure-A) and outside the
Urban Local Bodies from the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (Annexure-B). Compliance status report regarding
CTE/CTO has also been received from Punjab State Pollution Control
