that on 04.08.2011, he was posted at PS Gandhi

nagar as a HC and on that day, he alongwith Ct.
Rohit were on patrolling duty. He further deposed
that when they reached near Jheel Chowk, one
secret informer told them that one person, who
was wanted in the incident of PS Jagatpuri, was
standing near Jheel Chowk and that he could be
arrested, if efforts could be made. He further
deposed that he requested 4-5 persons to join the
raiding party but they denied to join the same.
