In support of his submission, he has also placed reliance of an un-reported order of this Court in the case of K.P.Manimaran versus The State of Tamil Nadu and two others passed in W.P.No.11266 of 2003 dated 29.09.2003 to say that acquisition of additional qualification cannot be considered as a disqualification for promotions.
