in CRM-M-37827-2013 (Manit Singla Vs. State of Punjab and another)
and the order dated 12.10.2015 passed in CRM-M-23039-2014 (Ujjagar

that no other criminal case is pending between the parties and none of the
petitioner is a proclaimed offender.
