10.Further, in Abdul Asees v. Devaki [2009 (2) KLT 801], this
Court held that the procedure envisaged by Order XXXII of the
CPC can be followed in the Rent Control Petitions which are
filed by against minors or persons of unsound mind, though not
in strict terms of Rules of Order XXXII of the C.P.C. in the
