5. While disposing the aforesaid stand of the Opposite Party
No.3 in the impugned rejection order at Annexure-12, learned
counsel for the Petitioner referred to the judgment of this Court in
Maheswar Sahoo vs. State of Odisha and others in W.P.(C)
No.5560 of 2024 decided on 18.12.2025 and submitted before this
Court that a coordinate Bench of this Court has already held that
special B.Ed. stand equated with the general B.Ed. He also
referred to the judgment in Anakar Swain vs. State of Odisha
decided in W.P.(C) No.16508 of 2024 vide judgment dated
28.10.2025.
