PW-5 is Sh. Israr Babu, Alternate Nodal Officer, Vodafone Mobile
Services Ltd. He deposed that he the month of 2016 he was posted as
above. On 13.08.2016, on requisition of the investigating agency, he
had supplied the CAF, CDRs alongwith the certificate u/s 65B of
mobile No.9593097009 vide his forwarding letter Ex. PW5/A.
He produced the CAF for mobile No.9593097009 in the
name of Rabiul Alam and he proved the certified copy of the same as
Ex.PW5/B. He also proved the CDR of the same vide Ex.PW5/C and
certificate u/s 65B of Indian Evidence Act in respect of the above
said CDR is Ex.PW5/D which bears his signatures at point A.
He further deposed that on 09.09.2016, on requisition of the
investigating agency, he had supplied the CAF, CDRs alongwith the
certificate u/s 65B of two mobile No. 8557971048 and and
7837194428 vide his forwarding letter Ex. PW5/E.
He has also brought the original CAF of mobile
No.8557971048 in the name of Ram Asra along-with the identity
proof and copy of the same was proved vide Ex.PW5/F. He also
proved the CDR of the said mobile vide Ex.PW5/G and certificate u/s
65B in this regard vide Ex.PW5/H.
He has also brought the original CAF of mobile
No.7837194428 issued in the name of Hakam Singh along-with the
identity proof and he proved the copy of the same vide Ex.PW5/I. He
also proved the CDR of the said mobile vide Ex.PW5/J and
certificate u/s 65B in this regard vide Ex.PW5/K.
PW-6 is ASI Satinder Singh. He brought the record file containing

the sanction order for interception of mobile No.7837194428 under
Rule 419A of para 2 (I) sub para (II) of the Indian Telegraphs Rules
1999. He proved the letter of Sh. Arvind Deep, Special
Commissioner of police on record as Ex.PW6/A, order of Joint
Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India ordering
the interception of the above mentioned mobile phone as Ex.PW6/B
and letter of Sh. V. Ranganathan, Joint Commissioner of Police,
Special Cell dated 22.06.2016 intimating the service provider about
the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs as Ex.PW6/C. He also
identified the signatures of the above officers being worked with
them.
