It appears from the pleadings made in the present writ petition particularly para no. 24 that a writ petition filed by the petitioner being Writ-A No. 14557 of 2018 (Manju Yadav vs. State of U.P. and others) and another Writ-A No. 13785 of 2019 (Anil Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others) which are stated to be pending before this Court with respect to the dispute in question for which the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged. It further transpires that with identical allegations different F.I.Rs. were lodged against some other persons throughout the State relating to appointment of Assistant Teacher in Primary School and the degree certificate of B.Ed. issued by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra and some of the accused persons have challenged the F.I.Rs. registered against them before this Court being Criminal Misc.

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2021 in pursuance of Hon'ble Court's order dated 12.07.2021 in Writ-C No. 15117 of 2021 (Anju Yadav Vs. State of U.P and Others) within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No.6 ) to this writ petition."
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.37597 of 2019 (Manju Yadav v. State of U.P. & Ors.).

Nonetheless, in view of admitted situation that petitioner has an alternative and equally efficacious remedy of filing appeal, liberty is granted to petitioner to file such an appeal before authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in the light of judgement rendered in the case of Anju Yadav (supra) in case the same is applicable within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority.
