observations in Para 23 of the verdict in "North Delhi Power Limited
Vs. Mahindra Cold Storage" in EX.S.A.4/2014 a verdict dated
17.07.2018 referred to in proceedings dated 13.02.2019 adverting to
specific reliance in relation to Para 23 to the effect:-
