Haryana High Court in the decision reported as (2018) 0
Supreme (P&H) 1241 Electrical Contractors Welfare
Association Haryana vs. State of Haryana & Ors. also relied
upon the aforenoted observations of the Supreme Court in
Reliance Energy Ltd & Anr. case (Supra) to hold that such
composite tender would violate Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the
Constitution of India.
