(d) As regards the alleged discrepancy in the
total posts earmarked and those in the impugned
select list, the factual position was that the number
of posts originally advertised could not become the
basis, as the select list was subsequently fixed of a
number 374 which was less than the earlier total
posts. The State had duly assessed the requirement to
fill up 374 posts pursuant to this Court's order

Dave (supra), to allot one APP per functional court,
which became the base for requisitions in the
different categories and the roster providence
