14. Under these circumstances, the learned counsel for plaintiff, relying
upon Castrol Limited v. Rajesh Kumar Tuteja, trading as Krishna
International & Anr. 2024 SCC OnLine Del 1107, prays for
pronouncement of judgment followed by a decree under Order VIII rule
10 of the CPC against both the defendants.
