It is
stated that on the ground floor of this property only a room and a toilet
is constructed. On the first floor of the prorpety two rooms are there
along with the toilet and on the second and third floor similar
accommodation is in existence. It is claimed that there is no lift in the
property in question. He denied the suggestion that no lift is installed in

the property in question. The witness in his testimony admitted to have
engaged in the business of alternator from property no. L- 225 , Shastri
Nagar which is the property admeasuring 100 sq yards.
