In Ishwar Singh Vs. Suraj Bhan 2016(4) CLJ Delhi 663, it was held
that there is no bar of jurisdiction of a Civil Court to decide the issue of
transfer of a title of Bhumidhari to transferee as there is no provision in
DLR Act or in Delhi Land Revenue Act for deciding the disputes with
respect to the transfer of title.
