Deputy Controller, Reserve Bank of India, , in which it was held that mere long residence or acquisi tion of property is not enough to establish an intention of abandoning a domicile of origin and acquiring a domicile of choice. There was no intention on the part of the appellant to abandon his Belgian domicile and to acquire an Indian domicile, This contention of Mr. Roy Chow dhury is sound.
