Ex.PW5/2 respectively passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice O.P.
Dwivedi and passed in CM (M) No. 1131/2004 and short
affidavit filed by L&DO alongwith Site Plan (6 pages) on
31.08.2004 are Ex.PW5/3. He further stated that Ex.PW4/6
