13. A bare perusal of the judgment in the case
of Puja Sharma (supra) reveals that, in fact, 50 per
cent of the amount had already been paid in that case.
The Court took notice of the fact that the accused, in
that case, was unable to pay the remaining amount
and the Court observed that, in fact, the accused in
that case did not play any fraud upon the Court.
