Reliance was also placed on the judgment of this court in the
case of Ram Chand Vs. Gurbax Singh Duggal 2003 (1) RCR (Rent)
286, wherein it was held that removing of door and some part of wall and
installing of a wide shutter by putting additional weight on remaining part
of the wall, impaired the value and utility of the building.
