3. Mr. Giri, ld. Counsel for Respondent relies upon the order dated 27 th
March, 2012 in W.P. (C) No. 632/2010 titled Ashok Hotel (ITDC) v. Ashok
Hotel Mazdoor Janta Union & Ors. where similarly placed Workmen were
awarded a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month as the wages. He submits that a
similar order ought to be passed in the present petition as well.
