Accordingly, the petitioners were left with no alternative
but to approach this Court by way of Civil Writ Petition no. 9779 of
2012 titled as 'Kuldeep Singh & another versus State of Haryana
and others'. It was pointed out that the above said Civil Writ Petition
was partly allowed and disposed of vide order dated 30.7.2013.
